Great app! I love this app. It's the only fitness app I've actually kept going with. The workouts are always different, and the coach adapts to you so you are always pushing yourself just enough so you don't plateau or get bored. With this app I don't need the gym and my workouts are so much effective. I'm really pleased with my progress since December and will definitely keep going with it.
